I've sent an e-mail to gold.no@sas.no with a copy of my card and last two years statement. Here's the reply:

EuroBonus Gold is an individual- and point-based loyalty program, reserved for a group of our most frequent flyers.In order to maintain the value of these benefits, they are reserved for those members who qualify in the form of basic points (Gold 45000 / Diamond 90000) or qualifying flights (45 Gold / Diamond 90) within the individual member’s qualification period.
We can therefore not match a membership, from another loyalty programe to SAS EuroBonus
We look forward to wish you welcome onboard future flights with us at SAS, so that we automatically can upgrade your membership level.
