For example, mileages in your Phoenixmiles card could not be converted to your UA FFP card, vice versa. And the different FFP cards could not be match the other FFP card. Thank you for your understanding. 2.Please offer your membership number when buying tickets and checking-in. Then the corresponding flight records could be added if it is qualified according to our system matching. Meanwhile, it is highly recommended that you keep photocopies of boarding passes and the tickets under this circumstance until you are assured of the mileage accumulation. 3.We have checked your account the mobile number is a foreign, that could not received our text messages.Suggest you change it. Would you please send the copies of your valid ID card or passport and your membership card (or you could login the PhoenixMiles web station to input card number, password and validation code. The first website with Name & Card Number should be printed out after your login the account centre.) to us by email or fax? And we will make the update for you as long as we receive the documents. Please be noted that this is to ensure the security of your personal information. In addition, it is highly recommended that you dial our service hotline 30 minutes after you finish faxing it to check if the fax copies have been successfully received.
