Don't understand the postings of positive and fast status matches from Virgina Atlantic FCG and Aegean Airlines Gold to AirBeriln Topbonus Gold. I have Virgin Atlantic FCG and A3G as well and didn't get any response from AirBerlin in one week. Challengend their customer service on Facebook and got a response. Send copies of cards and statemebts again and again haven't heard anything from them for 3 days.
