I sent a request or Status Match with a photo of the status card to Status_Match@choicehotels.com There is an explanation on the following their web site. www.choicehotels.com/choice-privileges/membership-levels/status-match It was very fast. It took only 5 hours until I receive the response that the Status was matched.
