Sent email. Got reply in 6 days with request to attach a card 2-sides photo and last ba statement with name on show. Sent same day. In 3 days got sms with answer, that my claim solved. No emails.

Turkish Airlines just matched my British Airways Gold status. Sent an initial request in using https://www.turkishairlines.com/en-us/any-questions/customer-relations/index.html
Once making the initial request, I received an email that stated: "In order to evaluate your request, we would like you to send the copy of your ID/Passport, the picture or copy of your Gold membership card's front side together with card statement that shows flight activities up to last two months to Customer Contact Center by creating a file via the link below:

After about 1 week after submitting my documents, I received: "Welcome to Miles&Smiles Turkish Airlines' advantageous Frequent Flyer Program. Elite card trial period will be valid for 4 months. As of start date of elite membership within 4 months trial period one international Turkish Airlines flight should be realized for extending your card validity date to 1 year, if 15.000 status miles accumulated from Turkish Airlines international flights at the end of the first year elite membership will extend 1 year more and the total validity date will be 2 years. There is an opportunity to earn extra %50 status miles from your first business class flight in the trial period."
Elite status now shows in my account. Very satisfied with the process.
