Did a screenshot of my Bonvoy card account screen from Apple Wallet (to show full name) and uploaded via https://status.emeraldclub.com/usen/statusmatchcenter Got email immediately confirming submission, then about 7 hours later got email approval of match, saying up to seven business days for for account to reflect upgrade.
