Sent email to profile.update@avisbudget.com with request and screenshot of my Hertz card. Got a response approving my status match within the hour. Email response says the account may take up to 72 hours to reflect the upgrade. Note: "To maintain Avis President's Club status, complete 20 rentals or spend $6,000 US dollars in a calendar year."
