i went to the website https://status.emeraldclub.com and entered all my details first name, last name, email and Emerald club number and in next page i uploaded screenshot of my Hilton Honors gold card and was approved to Executive Elite in few hours and i got an email saying approved and will be in 7 days to reflect in account.
