Contacted via email with screenshots of my EB card from Apple Wallet. They requested one showing expiration date, but since I only have a digital card I sent a screenshot of my status in the SAS app instead which was accepted (despite not showing expiration date either). I also sent EB activity log for past 12 months (including a few flights to the Baltics).
