I successfully upgraded from SBEC Platinum | Connoisseur status to Diamond Select status at Swiss-Belhotel, which I obtained through a MasterCard award. I sent an email with a screenshot of my SBEC status and the required information and received a reply within an hour and a half that I had been upgraded to Diamond Select status. By the way, it was very easy, even though my account was a Blue status account which was registered less than a day ago.
