They did ask for my digital card multiple times, and finally they noted that it was because it didn't show the SkyTeam Elite Plus level on the card? Delta has 3 places to get your card that I can find - the website, app, and Google/Apple wallet - ONLY the app seems to show this logo (and does a poor job of it) - the wallet pass and website don't. It's interesting DL Gold, Platinum, and Diamond all seem to match to the same place (Elite) - I was sort of expecting Elite Plus. Oh well. I got the same 4 months granted, with the options to extend to 1 year w/ one flight or 2 years w/ 15k miles as everyone else.
