Just open the account and create a support request. Just show them your membership card and they will match it. In order to speed up the status match also upload a photo of your passport additionally to your membership card.
wow, I applied in June or July with a TK Elite membership and got declined, the message was, they only match Flying Blue Members. Seems that the program is open now for other airlines.
