They denied my request to match Qantas Platinum. I asked why they won't match my Qantas status, and the response was: "Unfortunately, the information is not available for me. What we do is to promote different campaigns to fast track the tier of the passengers. One campaign is called the family nomination where you can nominate 9 members of your family and you will be earning all of their points"
