• Active premier membership card copy with a vividly shown expiry date,
• The recent statement of account that shows the last 6-12 months’ flight activities,
• Passport color copy,
• ShebaMiles Account number, and
• Status match/challenge request justification.
Please note that we only provide a status match for gold and silver. I.e. For FFP premium members with a higher than Gold tier will be matched with our ShebaMiles gold status.
