Sent an email to gold.dk@sas.dk with screenshot of my account page that shows the platinum card from within the KLM app and got confirmation a few days later: Thanks for your interest in SAS. Your status for Eurobonus have been updated to gold, valid until 31DEC25. You can read more about your benefits here: https://www.flysas.com/en/eurobonus/membership-levels/gold/ The only benefits you don't have is : Give a EuroBonus Silver membership to a family member or friend, and it doesn't count as a life time Gold year.
