I already had Executive status from Amex Platinum card. I also have Marriott Gold Elite status from that card, so using that for this match. Requested National status match via their web form on November 7th, notified immediately it was in process. Received confirmation of match to National Executive Elite on November 10th. My National account reflected the Exec Elite status about 5 days later.
