Emailed Best Western (StatusMatch@bestwestern.com) with copy of my monthly statement showing status, my full name and email as well as a copy of the new Sonesta Travel Pass table. Originally received Gold with Best Western. After a follow up email, was able to get it increased to Diamond Select.
