Contated Latam via Facebook and provided them with my Topbonus gold card, account statement, and boarding pass for a recent flight on LATAM (FRA-MAD). Received the following reply via email:
Our LATAM Pass department has accepted your status match request and they are willing to give you our Platinum status. In order to proceed with the status match, please reply this email with your consentment.
